  1. Programmer/Web Developer The Bioframe research consortium has a job opening for a Programmer/Web Developer. As a member of our research consortium you will participate in varied projects with focus on development of innovative web applications representing complex genomic data, setting up IT tools, data visualization, database development, automation of analysis flows, etc. You will work in a highly interdisciplinary environment of IT managers, engineers, bioinformaticians and biologists. Requirements The qualified applicant has A graduate degree in informatics or equal by experience with knowledge of the Linux and Windows environment. The applicant possesses experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Matlab, Perl). The applicant has a notion about web application development and database management. The applicant requires excellent knowledge of English. Interest in biology is a plus. Transition to a PhD project can be discussed.
