  8. Commercial General Liability • Public “Slip & Fall” Policy • Coverage for bodily injury and property damage • Broad coverage with specific exclusions • No deductible

  9. Personal Injury & Advertising Liability • Part of CGL • Covers non-bodily injury liabilities • False arrest • Wrongful entry or eviction • Libel • Slander

  10. Medical Malpractice • Coverage for negligent acts of State medical professionals • No deductible

  11. Road & Bridge HazardDOTD ONLY • Coverage for claims involving poorly designed or repaired roads • No deductible
