  4. 4KMS from Jubilee Hills. Home of the stars. Jubilee hills is prime property making it a sort after location for film shoots. It houses a studio that is quiet successful in the Telugu and Hindi Film Industry. You wouldn’t be surprised to see a film crew around Dollar Hills from time to time. 4 KMS from Outer Ring Road.The proposed outer ring road would connect Hyderabad to satellite townships and other developments like Lanco Hills. 4KMS from Gachhibowli and Hitec City.The IT and Solutions Development center of Hyderabad. Hitec City has been the Hub for creative talent and Innovative Business.

  6. The entrance to the house was decided on the nature of the visitor. The main entrance has a porch and is abutted by a lawn.

  8. Service Stairs Servant Room Store Parking Lobby basement Level Covered Parking space for three Sedan's - that’s 12'6"x44'0“ in the basement Level The Parking is connected to the house by a Lobby that is accessed by the Main Stairs. The Servant Room and the store are on this level.
