Dashboard Objects • Dashboard • Each user will be allowed to view a group of dashboards • Administrator user can create them • Administrator determines which a user can see • Web based with HTML5. Runs in any device or browser • Responsive Design. Auto Adjust according to device • Allowed to be tied to a customer to see a dashboard. • Dashboard can work across software

Dashboard Objects • Master Page • Unlimited Master Pages Per Dashboard • Used to group general types of Dashlets • Example would be Global Edge / Global Warranty / Global One Fleet • S2000 / Global Warranty / Global One Fleet • User Defined naming • Tabs • Tabs used to break Dashlets into categories under a Master Page AP / AR / Service / Order Entry • Tab can have any number of Dashlets

  6. Dashlet Object • Properties • Based on the type it will have different properties user can define • Type of such properties will be Colors / Height / Width / Style • Ability to call based on data another Dashlet • Link multiple Dashlets together

  7. Dashlet Object • Display Fields • Dashlet controlled what fields can be displayed • Dashlet controlled default size • User control to change the size and displayed fields?

  8. Dashlet Object • Filters • List of data that can be filtered while running. Like top selection grid in GE • Do filters control data of linked dashlets? • Any number of fields can be used even those that are not listed in the display data

  9. Dashlet Object • Variables • Data that is sent to the dashlet by default based on initial values. • Linked data that is controllable based on the linked dashlet. Auto changes the data in common. • Any number of variables can be set.

Dashlet Object • Link • Allows to link a dashboard to another Dashboard • Master Link controls the variables of the linked dashboard • Linked Dashboard • When selecting data in Master Dashboard you can call another Dashboard based on the data selected. It will bring up the details of that data.

We have trained 5 people on doing dashboards and the training is ongoing on the technology. We have dedicate 2 full time programmers for the foreseeable future with 1 part time administrator. Others will come in and out based on need. We think this is a very important part of our business moving forward
