Flevoland, a rapidly growing Dutch province, faces mobility challenges due to an increasing population and evolving infrastructure needs. With 400,000 residents and targets for 25,000 new jobs, expanding public transportation is crucial. Despite a robust system serving 5.9 million clients, challenges persist in peak hour congestion and service optimization. The province seeks to enhance its transport networks with smart, on-demand solutions, such as the proposed Superbus, promoting efficient door-to-door services and improved connectivity between urban centers and rural areas.
