On March 14th, we interviewed various shopkeepers from Tarbes to explore their perspectives on the local market. Our small groups visited important areas like the local market and Maréchal Foch Street. We aimed to gather insights about their establishment dates, popular products, average prices, and views on the new Marcadieu Market Square. Entrepreneurs shared experiences revealing local relationships, customer loyalty, and evolving market conditions across different businesses, from butchers to wine cellars, showcasing Tarbes' diverse commercial landscape.
