OBJECTIF • Répercussions biomécaniques d’une limitation progressive de la flexion dorsale de cheville droite. • Equin induit par une orthèse sur la marche des enfants sains (cheville droite). • Système optoélectronique (Vicon). METHODE • 5 sujets de 8 à 11 ans • Vitesse 1 m/s imposée • Analyse de la marche : sans orthèse, orthèse libre , +10°, 0°, -10° et -20° de flexion dorsale

  2. RESULTATS 2 enfants sur 5 3 enfants sur 5 CONCLUSION ET PERSPECTIVES • Modifications cinématiques dès 0° de flexion dorsale • Comportements locomoteurs non homogènes • Bassin : paramètre cinématique qui semble le plus stable
