  2. Background • Youth and Trade Union Movement • Youth Position in Trade Union Movement • Youth are majority in many Indonesian Unions • Trade Union Movement today, young worker was play it role. • Young workers enter management level in National level.

  3. Vision of Youth Committee • ASPEK Indonesia Youth Committee as a vessel of young workers activist to develop affiliations cadres through some activities such as education, social and religious and culture-based values of the Trade Union Movements.

  4. Mission of Youth Committee • Creating cadres of ASPEK INDONESIA which will ultimately be the next generation ASPEK INDONESIA and Union Affiliates. • Youth Committee aims to motivate and support young workers to participate actively in all trade unions activities.

  5. Mission of Youth Committee Implementing and stabilizing Industrial Relations to realize the achievement of business tranquility and peace in order to improve living standard, intelligences and welfare of members and they family. Improve young workers welfare and fight for the fate, work condition improvement and a decent life in accordance with justice and humanity in civilizedcompany.

  6. Youth Committee in ASPEK Indonesia Constitution • All members of young workers have right to participate in every ASPEK Indonesia activity. (Chapter XIV, Article 7) • President of Youth Committee ASPEK Indonesia is a member of National Executive Committee ASPEK Indonesia. (Chapter XIV, Article 9) • Youth Committee ASPEK Indonesia has one (1) voice rights in National Congress ASPEK Indonesia. (Chapter XIV, Article 10)
