I am honored to have been given a second opportunity to lead the planning team for this event. It was our intent to design a program that would provide professional Latinas with the tools and road map to strengthen their leadership and management skills at all levels. Leadership is a journey and we are here to continue to build and grow our community Latina Leaders.
