  12. Mailing Reports Mailing Summary Report Report displays postage amounts by line item for a permit and postage statement type for permits that are linked to the locations in the User’s profile for the Manage or Audit Mailing Activity Service 12

  13. Mail Quality Reports The Mail Quality Reports are designed for external users to track and improve on preparation and postage errors. Data is presented as summary information with options to drill down to granular levels with the sub-type errors (i.e., the barcode error type includes sub-error types including bar height, spacing, pitch etc).   17. Mailing Data Quality Reports - Summary Mailing Reports Displays the number of jobs and associated errors including Container, Handling Unit and Pieces by Customer Location

  18. Mailing Data Quality Reports – Error Type Mailing Reports Displays the number of errors by Error Type, Mail Preparer CRID/Name, and Mail Owner CRID/Name

  19. Error Verification Report Mailing Reports Displays the number of errors by Customer Location, Mail Preparer CRID/Name, Mailer Owner CRID/Name and Job (Mailing Group ID, Job ID, User License Code, Submission Type).

Mailing Reports MailXML Receipt Methods • Mail.XML Push • Mail.XML Push model is where the USPS sends message to the mail owner’s computer that their ACS data is available for download or USPS “pushes” ACS data to mail owner’s computer. The data format for the Push method is defined by the USPS. • Mail.XML Pull • MailXML Pull model is where Mail Owner sends XML message to USPS initiating a “pull” of specific ACS data to their computer. The data format for the Pull is mail owner defined.

  34. Data Distribution Full Service ACS data is sent to the Mail Owner identified in the eDoc. If the Mail Owner wishes to have that data sent to another party, they may establish a data distribution profile under the Mailer ID service. Data Distribution • Customers may select: • Send Full Service ACS data to the Mail Preparer (eDoc must match one of the recipients in profile) • Send data to the owner of the Mailer ID that is on the mailpiece • Send data to the identified recipient in the profile 1 2 3 Full Service ACS Data Distribution Profile

  37. Data Distribution Hi-lighted options must have address book entries. Data Distribution – Full Service ACS • Step 4. Select desired data distribution option: • Mailing Preparer – sends ACS information to Preparer of mailing (Preparer identified in eDoc must match one of the recipients in the Preparer option • Mailer ID Holder – sends ACS data to the associated company of the MID used on the mailpiece. • Other - Single Recipient – sends ACS data to identified recipient. • Other – Multiple Recipient – sends ACS data to identified recipients that match the cast of characters message. Step 5. Click Save Profile. 37
