Soccer Checklist of Procedures

This essential checklist outlines the emergency procedures that soccer coaches must review and understand. It includes concussion guidelines, environmental hazard recognition and prevention (such as heat illness and lightning), and policies addressing supportive undergarments and jewelry. Coaches are required to explain injury and illness protocols, the importance of proper equipment, and the principles of safe participation. Importantly, all athletes retain the right to leave an activity if they feel unsafe. Coaches must sign and date to confirm comprehension of these procedures.
