This study explores the expression of surface proteins, specifically focusing on LigBNI and LigANI, in permeabilized and intact cells. Through the use of immunofluorescence techniques, including Alexa488 labeling and DAPI staining, we assess the localization of these proteins and their potential interactions with lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and chaperonin GroEL. The findings contribute to our understanding of bacterial cell surface dynamics and the immune response.
