  2. Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurological disorder that affects the senses and hence, the movements. Gradually develops with time, sometimes it just starts with minor barely noticeable tremors. But sadly, these minor tremors are the most well-known signs of this chronic neurodegenerative disorder that causes slowing of the movement. It has affected over 10 million people globally. Symptoms of this neurological disorder appear very late, mostly after the onset of the disease. Men are more likely to develop Parkinson’s disease, mostly after the age of 50. If we particularly talk about India, there is a large population of senior citizens, susceptible to this disorder.
