Explore how pfp mutant plants differ from wild-type plants when subjected to mannitol and NaCl stress conditions, observed using mature plant phenotypes. Seedlings cultivated on MS agar plates were transferred to soil and exposed to 200 mM mannitol or 200 mM NaCl.
