Volunteer Information • Each day is broken into 2 shifts • AM Shift am 7:30am until 4:00pm • PM Shift 4:00pm until 10:00pm • During the week you can only sign up to a PM Shift. • On arrival please meet with Kevin R/Nickson C to sign in before reporting to your post. • On completion of your shift please report to Nickson to sign off. • Please ensure you arrive 15mins before your shift begins if you are going to be late please contact Nickson and let him know.

  7. Volunteer Information • Volunteers will be provided with a meal. This will be ordered by the one of the Head staff members. • Please dress appropriately: Each volunteer will be provided with a volunteer Polo to be worn throughout the shift. Please also bring along some warm clothing. • There is always someone that can help, if you are unsure about something PLEASE ask.

  9. Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities • Score Keeper To assist the Chief score keeper in keeping the score sheet accurate and up to date (2 Persons required) • MC To be the master of ceremony during the opening ceremony (2 persons required)

Score Keeping • Role and Responsibility • To keep score sheet up to date and accurate before during and after games. • - To pay close attention to all games • To take accurate instruction from referee’s i.e penalty info and notes • To deliver score sheets to main desk, and update main score board

  11. MC • Role and Responsibility • To introduce and thank, VIP’s, guests and players during the opening ceremony • A script will be provided to you • 1 Person to speak in English, 1 in Putonghua • Translate English script into Putonghua • Dress smartly • This is a great thing to have on your CV • Please speak to Mr. King directly about this role
