Stop Talking Don’t interrupt Don’t finish others’ thoughts Find something interesting about the other person Don’t label a topic or person as boring – you won’t listen Find a way to tune in – take notes Watch body language Listen between the lines Pay attention to what your body language is saying Look like you’re listening - eye contact, posture Listening Skills
