We use Australia Post for all Domestic and International Shipping. Free Shipping on all orders over AUD$50 within Australia. A flat fee of AUD$5.00 is charged for all domestic standard orders under AUD$50.

  2. We use Australia Post for all Domestic and International Shipping. Free Shipping on all orders over AUD$50 within Australia. A flat fee of AUD$5.00 is charged for all domestic standard orders under AUD$50.

  3. A flat fee of AUD$9.99 is charged for all express domestic order. (Next Day Delivery). A flat fee of AUD$20.00 if charged for all International orders. The delivery time is 5-12 business days. Some countries may have delayed delivery times. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about delivery to your country.

  4. RETURN INFORMATION If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.  We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on an item you've returned. Simply contact us within 14 days of your order delivery date. Please note the shipping cost for Change of Mind returns are paid by customer.

  5. If the item you have received is faulty, or  received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.  please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible

  6. Gently remove the lashes from the tray and hold the lash up against your eyelid to measure to fit the natural length of lash line.

  7. Using scissors, trim the lash band to the size of your eyes. Always trim from the outer corner of the lash so style is maintained. 

  8. Place a thin layer of your favourite lash glue on the band of the lash, add a little extra to the corners for extra hold. Let it dry for a few seconds, then apply the lash by placing the band on top of your natural lash line.
