Relay • Competitors: Relay man 3 athletes, woman 2 athletes - • mixed teams are possible, if needed! • Map: Seebenstein scale: 1:10 000/1:5000 • Mass start men: 09:30hrs, mass start woman: 09:45hrs • Military first aid and doctor: Finish area • Course details: • Woman: 3,2km/140mH • Men: 4,3km/220mH • Control description is printed on the map. • Running time: woman 25min, men 30min • 2 spectator controls! • Prewarning: 4-5min before finish (second spect. control) There is no electronic advertising. • From prewarning there is a 50m marked course into the moat • Starting/changing procedure will be demonstrated 15min bef. mass start

Long distancecompetition • Categories CISM: M21E, W21E and W 21short (GE) • Map: EDLITZ 1:15 000 • green X = root-stock (>0,8m), black X = special objekt (bench). • First start CISM-men: 13:00hrs!!! Women: 13:30hrs • Departure buses: 11:00hrs, • Distance accomod. to compet. area: 20min by bus • Distance finish to start: 2500m and 280mH (45min to go!!!) • Competition-numbers will be used. • Control-description: M21E, W21E at the start. Others in the comp. • center and it will be printed on the Map.

  12. Long distancecompetition • Attention: • Some forbidden areas are printed on the map. • Please don`t cross them! • There are new harvester-tracks in the area. • Don´t cross the Meadows. Run on the edge! • M21E has a butterfly in the first part. • Competition-numbers will be used. • Uneven numbers – take map and contr. descr. M21E1! • Even numbers – take map and contr. descr. M21E2!

Long distancecompetition • Course details: • Woman: 7,5km/410mH/16 Contr. • Men: 10,8km/600mH/26 Contr. • Running time: woman 80min, men 90min • Starting-procedure – look the programme book! • Athlet. has to give notice at the finish if they drops out! • Prize giving ceremony: 18:00hrs (sports-clothes/team dress) • Meal: - Lunch: Lunch parcel; - Dinner: 19:15-20:00hrs • - You get the LuPa in the citchen in the morning for the whole team. • - Additional meals and drinks against payment in the comp. area.

The team has to be together to be allowed to enter the marked control-area for punching! C B A The team has free changeover the SI-card. The team has free changeover the SI-card and how to choose the controls. „The team has to run a course with one SI-card, 3maps, 3 team meeting points, as fast as possible“.
