ATF MANUAL

The ATF Training and Reference Manual Version 1.0 is the culmination of a project initiated in 1999-2000, driven by the contributions of various key players, including Rich Brugger, Matt McGrath, and Leslie Dixon. The final draft was completed during a team meeting in Portland on November 8th and is set to serve as a living document for future iterations. While the comment period for this version has expired, subsequent updates will be managed by the ISAS ATF Work Group and will incorporate relevant changes, including NAESB Version 0 and other WECC modifications.
