Annual Reporting • CTSA Annual Report Philosophy • Information needed for type 5 assessment by PO and OGM • Encourage institutions to use technology to track information needed internally for managing and evaluating their program not for sending to NIH • Most information in GCRC report is NOT required in CTSA • Part of the Form 2590 application/Non-competitive renewal • Due 60 days prior to end of budget period • Printed FINAL copy must be included with Form 2590 application

  3. Annual Reporting • XML-PDF system to system transfer exclusively • FY 2009 documents on CTSA Administrator Wiki (http://www.ctsawiki.org/wiki//x/ngCP)

Annual Reporting Electronic Data • Rosters • Research Investigators and ALL Mentors • Investigators whose research benefit from the CTSA resources • Training • ALL TL1 appointed trainees • ALL KL2 appointed scholars • ALL UL1 appointed trainees/scholars • Data • Commons Usernames • Area of Expertise or Training

Annual Reporting Electronic Data • GRANT NUMBERS required for: • PHS and Federal non-PHS support of research that benefited from CTSA resources • CTSA Training Program Aggregate Information • Ethnic/Gender/Race Characteristics on all appointed and applicants to all programs • Applicants, Interviewed (if interviews are conducted!), Accepted (those offered positions)

  6. Annual Reporting Electronic Data • Publications • PMID number • Cite CTSA as required by NGA • Participating Institutions in your CTSA home • Projected Activity • Clinical Trials • AIDS • Pediatrics

Annual Reporting Electronic Data • PDF Reports required: • Highlights, Milestones, and Challenges Report • CTSA Components Report • Self-Evaluation Report • External Advisory Board Report and Roster • Career Development Individual Progress Report • IRB/IACUC Approvals Tables Report • Technology Transfer Report (if site has technology transfer data to report)
