  5. Tactical difference • What are you trying to achieve? • Outcome matters • How will the disagreement affect outcome? • Isolate the disagreement and analyse it

  6. Personal Disagreement • Step back • Analyse the arguments • Be respectful

  7. remember • Listen to everybody – nobody has a monopoly on good or bad ideas • Don’t play politics with block votes • Compromise can lead to better conclusions • Win hearts and minds
