  14. Telophase: the new nuclei form and chromosomes begin to uncoil.

  21. During Interphase the original cell is preparing for cell division by duplicating (copying) its DNA. During mitosis the chromosomes are split, resulting in 2 nuclei with identical DNA. During cytokinesis the cell fully separates leaving us with two identical daughter cells.
