To learn students’ opinion regarding teaching, the University conducts online course evaluation questionnaire every semester, and the Office of Academic Affairs will collect the evaluation results filled in by students in an anonymous method. The results will serve as references for instructors in the following semester.

  3. What are the benefits of completing online course evaluation questionnaire of all courses registered before June 20? You can join the lucky draw (the prizes include iPad mini and gift vouchers) and enjoy the priority of checking the grades of the current semester. Line貼圖 • The lucky draw will be conducted in the following semester, and the list of prize winners will • be announced on the University homepage. • The organizer reserves the rights to exchange for gift of equivalent value. Prizes are not changeable, • transferable, or exchangeable for cash.

How to log in the “Online Course Evaluation Questionnaire” system? • Entry: University homepage/Student Portal-Online Course Evaluation QuestionnaireEnter your ID number, student number and password (the password for Online Course Registration System). • Both English and Chinese version questionnaires are provided. Students may fill in either English or Chinese questionnaire. • How to log in the online course evaluation questionnaire system:

  6. For information security, the system will remind users who use the initial password to log in the system to modify their password. The reminder page lists 2 options for users to choose from: • You can click “Change your PIN no./Password” to modify the password, and use new password to log in the system again. • You can also click “Enter the Online Course Evaluation Questionnaire” to log in the system and fill in the questionnaire.
