  1. I am a Rocket, and I am communicator.

  2. In all that I say and do, in the classroom and out, I shall always communicate my most effectively, my most honestly, and my most openly.

  3. In my most effective communication, I shall exercise my best verbal communication and my best nonverbal communication. I shall also plan for all communication with regards to saying and doing the best I can for my message each time.

  4. In my most honest communication, I shall act and speak in accordance with what I know. I shall show my best attempts in research and knowledge. I shall have all, that I say and do, be completely honest and reliable.

  5. In my most open communication, I shall exercise my best in listening to myself and fellow communicators. I shall be open in how my knowledge will change upon research and others’ discoveries. I shall allow what I feel comfortable to be shared to be shared.

  6. Therefore, I am a Rocket communicator, and I uphold the expectations of respect, responsibility, and safety.

  7. In my most respectful communication, I shall accept my right and others’ rights to communicate in a civil manner. I shall allow my fellow communicator the ability to communicate. I shall accept our rights to agree, and I shall accept our rights to disagree while using good manners.

  8. In my most responsible communication, I shall accept the duty of well-thought, planned, engaging words and actions for my audience. I shall listen to fellow communicators in their advice and their cautions. I shall responsibly use all resources available for my words and actions.

  9. In my most safe communication, I shall promote the safety of myself and others to communicate. I shall defend my fellow communicators’ right to civility, quality of life, and respect. I shall uphold civility, quality of life, and respect in the name of safety.

  10. I accept, exercise, and shall be a guiding example of these expectations.Because, I am a Rocket, and I am a communicator.
