The current Translink website faces significant usability challenges, including complexity, cluttered design, and a lack of personalized features. Users struggle to find relevant information swiftly and efficiently, often facing frustration due to its limited English-only interface. Our goal is to simplify the layout and prioritize common tasks, allowing for a more intuitive experience. By offering multilingual support, user profiles, and advanced trip planning features like reverse schedules and saved stops, we aim to create a user-friendly platform that minimizes page loads and enhances overall satisfaction.
