  7. When Will UC Be Complete? • Express accounts moved BY: 10/31/11 • All Exchange Email accounts BY : 11/30/11 • All Users on new voice service BY: 6/15/12

  8. Training • Courses on Outlook 2010 (Windows), Outlook 2011 (Mac), and Outlook Web App available. • Voice service software (Lync/Communicator) available this summer. • http://www.fast3.illinois.edu/

  9. What Can I Do ? • Everyone—Work with IT Pros and Telecom Unit Coordinators on transition planning • IT Pros and Telecom Unit Coordinators – Work with CITES team on technical aspects of the implementation • Management – Allow IT Pros and Telecom Unit Coordinators time needed for UC
