  1. The main function of the No Wrong Door website is to help facilitate the passage of referrals that have been received by the wrong agency/service to a more appropriate agency/service. As a result, the “Choose & Redirect” tool has been developed. The following pages will walk you through the main functions of this tool.

  2. If you know the name of the service, simply type in the details here and click on the Search button…or… If you are unsure of the name of the service, you can select the most appropriate condition relating to your client from the drop-down menu. The Choose and Redirect tool allows you to search for a service in several ways.

  3. Once you have selected your criteria, a screen such as this will appear. Here, you can check out information about each service to help you ascertain which is the most appropriate service to redirect your referral to. To obtain brief information about a clients eligibility for a service, simply move your mouse over the name of the service and a hover box containing this information will appear.

  4. If you require more information on a particular service, you can obtain this by clicking on the blue  button. A new window will then automatically open linking you to more detailed information about your chosen service. If this is not the service that you require, then simply close the second window and continue to search the other results.
