The ODS Innovation model, led by Ellinogermaniki Agogi, aims to identify the needs of school communities by fostering collaboration between experienced and novice educators. This initiative develops educational design guidelines and resources to facilitate the adoption of innovative learning strategies in subjects like sciences, social sciences, arts, and career guidance. With 220 schools participating, the project evaluates the long-term impact of digital educational content on learning activities. Focus Work is focusing on • exploring the needs of the school communities, • formulatingteacher/school communities that startwith eMature schools/innovative teachers and then expand to include less experienced ones, • develop theeducational design guidelines and material that will help boost the adoption of learning resources, the design of educational design templates and usage scenariosthat are both focused on thematic subjects (i.e. sciences and math, social sciences, music & arts, careerguidance) • evaluate for a long time period the impact that learning activities based on digital educational content may have in these initial pilot communities.

Contests for Students and Teachers • 115 schools and 600 students got involved in the contest
