  6. MMAC Program Description Mothers Making A Change (MMAC) is a gender specific, outpatient substance abuse treatment program for pregnant women and/or women with children under 18 years of age. • Target population • Length of treatment • Referral Sources • Aftercare

  7. MMAC Residential (Cooper Street) Program Description • Cooper Street Residential : Seven two-bedroom town homes • Capacity : 12 families • Length of treatment • Staffing

  8. Residential Programs (con’t) Ready for Work is a gender specific, substance abuse Eligibility : Open case with DFCS Capacity: RFW 30 families. Post Partum Women Program: is a gender specific program for pregnant women, or post partum women with a child under 18 months of age Capacity: Post Partum: 10 families

  9. Transitional Housing • Transitional housing provide 3 months of independent living • Completed Treatment • Aftercare/Counseling

  10. Outcomes • FY’12 Cobb CSB served 45 women in FDTC • Completions 27- 60% • Currently Enrollment: 13
