Course: Government Process Re-engineering Day 2

Join us for an engaging workshop focusing on process mapping and cause-and-effect analysis. Participants will work in groups to identify and document improvement areas using detailed activity-level flowcharts. You'll have the opportunity to select and analyze a process that has been previously defined, outline relevant Players, Phases, and Standard Documentation, and identify process improvement elements (PIEs). Additionally, you'll create a Fishbone Diagram to visualize key effects and their underlying causes. Gain valuable insights and skills to enhance governmental processes through collaborative exercises!
