Recruitment and Admissions • Shared responsibility • University admission requirements (except transfer admission) • Single application, shared fee • Admission deadline • Student permission to share records
Tuition and Fees • Student adheres to T & F rates and policies of institution offering the course • Residency for tuition is based on institution offering the course • Students enrolled at only at one school pay that school ‘s fees w/ option of paying fee to obtain other school’s co-curricular services • Students enrolled at both schools pay fees for each school according to normal fee structure.
Program Articulation and Advising • Establish lead contacts • Shared academic advising with joint training • Ultimate approval by Chief Academic Officers
Registration and Student Records • Students will register for courses through the regular registration processes at each institution • Each school responsible to maintain enrollment records for their courses • Students coded and tracked at each school • EDI
Financial Aid and Scholarships • Financial aid is available, with credits at each school combined • Student data for financial aid will be shared between institutions, incl. compliance and end of term information • Students receive aid only through their “home institution” as determined by their degree status • Shared scholarship eligibility
Student Grievances and Conduct • Issues grievable only at school where the complaint originated • Students must comply with the conduct standards at both institutions • Schools have discretion in applying sanctions jointly or separately • Health and safety
