Conducted research through questionnaires to understand user needs, focusing on elderly. Easy-to-use web-based tool tested on laptop, with special consideration for 75+ age group. Translated needs into technical solutions through group discussions, with plans to incorporate touchscreen functionality. Initial test phase yielded promising results, with 90% of elderly participants able to complete the questionnaire. Seeking feedback on important subjects like safety, care, and comfort. Planned group discussions to brainstorm solutions in March 2010, with results to be presented at Dutch conferences.
