  4. Maternal health needs more research • All types of research is needed to improve outcomes in maternal and neonatal health • Developing country populations are under-represented in medical research, where impact would be greatest

  17. The Link Registry is a global register of specimens that others can access for their own research purposes No collection of samples is too small Please list you bio-specimens here so that further knowledge can be gained from them

Searchable database of pregnancy and birth cohort studies from around the world • GOAL: • promote collaboration by sharing information on participant population, bio-specimens and data • For future studies, only brief information is collected as this is not a clinical trials registration site
