  1. 網路與資料通訊 資料處理的方式： 集中式資料處理(Centralized Data Processing)例如： 分散式資料處理(Distributed Data Processing)

  2. 何謂網路：由連接各節點的線所共同組成。 • 電腦網路的功能：檔案共享、設備共享、訊息交換。

  3. 網路的傳輸媒介與組成 • 雙絞線(Twisted Pair)： • 同軸電纜(Coaxial Cable)： • 光纖(Optical Fiber )： • 微波(Microwave )： • 衛星通訊(Satellite)：

  4. 網路元件(設備)： • 依據電腦(網路各點)功能區分 伺服器(Server)：也稱為主機(host) 工作站(Workstation)： • 電腦網路裝置： • 網路卡(Network Interface Card)： • 數據機(Modem)：將數位訊號與類比訊號互相轉換 • 集線器(Hub)：以廣播的方式傳送資料。 • 交換式集線器(Switch Hub)： • 路由器(Router)：決定資料傳送路徑。

  5. 網路的種類 • 連接的架構： 匯流排網路(Bus Network) 星狀網路(Star Network) 環狀(Ring Network)

  6. 通訊協定(Communication Protocol) • 通訊協定：由於電腦系統的硬體配備與操作界面不同，為求彼此可了解訊息的內便制定規則即是所謂通訊協定;也是指通訊時所遵循的規則。

  7. 常見的通訊協定 • TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol)是由美國國防部的ARPANET沿革而來 • NetBEUI 是IBM公司與Microsoft公同針對個人電腦在區域網路中所發展出來的簡易協定， NetBEUI是利用電腦名稱來識別網路成員

  8. TCP/IP的網路服務 • www(World Wide Web) • 檔案傳輸：FTP(File Transfer Protocol) • 遠端簽入(Telnet ) • 電子郵件(e-mail)

  9. 電子通訊 • 註明參考資料出處,言論禮節 • 電腦倫理十誡 • 不可使用電腦傷害他人 • 不可偷看他人的檔案 • 不可利用電腦偷竊財務 • 不可使用電腦造假 • 不可干擾他人在電腦上的工作 • 不可侵占他人的智慧成果 • 不可拷貝或使用未付費的軟體 • 未經授權，不可使用他人的電腦資源 • 在設計程式之前，先衡量其社會的影響
