  2. Who we are? We are… • “Muon Fundamentalist” • We believe in muon

  3. Who we are? We are… • “Muon Fundamentalist” • We believe in muon’s superior power for studying fundamental physics.

  4. Our holy place • J-PARC MUSE • The claimed jewel after a long quest, filled with troubles. • H-line • high-intensity beam line dedicated for large-scale experiments – host for the fundamentalists.

  5. Who we are? We are… • “Muon Fundamentalist” • We believe in muon’s superior power for studying fundamental physics. We also need to be… • “Muon scholar” • We study, discuss, and learn from each other to maximize scientific output from this unique opportunity. • “Muon Evangelist” • We convince other people that muon is a powerful tool for studying fundamental physics.

  6. So comes today’s workshop • Thank you for coming to the 1st H-line workshop

  7. Let the party begin! • Feel free to discuss anything, • Understand what’s going on other projects, • Exchange ideas, suggestions • And have a fun ! • There will be an organ concert this evening. • Then we’ll have a dinner at a restaurant in this Campus (Please contact Dr. Torii, if you’ve not registered.)
