CON UN VALE QUE LO EMITE ANALISTA DE RRHH . EL SOCIO DEBE CONOCER EL ARTÍCULO QUE DESEA PARA QUE SE LE EMITA EL VALE POR EL MONTO DEL ARTÍCULO A COMPRAR.

Matta 2220 fono 055 2 384397 . email: opticapetri@vtr.net 1.- El trabajador debe presentar la receta oftalmológica correspondiente para que en la óptica le entregue la cotización respectiva. 2.- La cotización y la Receta se presentan al analista de RRHH, la cual, entregará un vale por el monto de la cotización, oportunidad que el trabajador tendrá para pactar el número de cuotas de pago( hasta en 6). 3.- En la óptica se entrega el vale con la Cotización y la Receta. 4.- Finalmente cuando el lente esté listo se entregará al trabajador ,junto con el lente , la Boleta correspondiente. Con esta boleta el trabajador deberá realizar personalmente los rembolsos en la Isapre y el Seguro complementario.
