  2. PLAN Do you want to serve abroad, but don’t know how to make it happen? SWAP helps you start planning early. You’ll be connected to CRWRC to begin forming a support base for your trip of family, friends, church, and other community members.

  3. LEARN Wondering what development work is all about? SWAP puts you on the path to discovering how to serve the poor without harming them. You’ll develop a “cultural intelligence” and learn how to be a true servant.

  4. GROW Feeling called by God to be his hands and feet in the world? Mentoring and devotions provide a chance for spiritual growth as you explore what it means to be a Christian in a hurting world from a Biblical perspective.

  5. SERVE Are you excited to go abroad? Wait… What about the poor in your own community? As a SWAP member, you will serve both locally and globally. SWAP connects you to serving in your own neighborhood.
