  4. Content Objectives:. • Students will be able to identify the positive and negative aspects of disease, famine, poverty, and natural resources. • Students will develop/build a model to improve the quality of life for our global society.

  8. Disease: Multiple Inoculation Devise • Pros: The ability to give numerous people life saving medicine at one time. • Con: Less people dying, problems develop with over population.

  9. Famine • Pros: -Preserving food through radiation techniques -more people could be fed. • Con: • Unknown long term effects of radiation.

  10. Poverty • Pros: -Help people obtain jobs -Raise the standard of living Cons: -Not enough space to accommodate the large number of needy people -Funding

  11. Natural Resources:Biodegradable Packaging Pros: -Using renewable resources -Using biodegradable resources Cons: • Landfills • Consumes natural resources
