Exploring the Lieutenant Colonel Fellowship: Enhancing Strategic Operations in National Security

The Lieutenant Colonel Fellowship Program offers a 12-month opportunity for FA 50 officers to engage in in-depth research and analysis of critical force management issues within the Department and DOD. This program emphasizes strategic planning, operational needs, and resource development, equipping officers with the skills necessary for effective mission support. Participants will focus on affordability, executability, and assessments that improve capability gaps. The fellowship aims to foster a better understanding of Army functional systems and the integration of successful business practices at senior levels.
