Engaging Students in Global Geography: The Geo Tour Project

The Geo Tour project, inspired by "The Amazing Race," aims to ignite student interest in international geography through an interdisciplinary approach. Students will collaborate in groups while visiting six approved locations across different continents, excluding Antarctica, with a focus on cultural and geographic diversity. Participants will create a detailed itinerary and present their findings through multimedia. Key steps include route planning, gathering background information, and utilizing technology for effective presentations. The project fosters collaboration, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
