  4. Waiting times 2008/2009 • Number of referrals not offered an appointment within 12 weeks (84 days) 2008 = 0 2009 =0 2010= 0

  5. DNA and self cancellations • 2010 DNA 13%, CNA 21% • 2009 DNA= 63 (9.3%) CNA=125 (18.5%) Attendees = 476 (70.6%) • 2008 DNA=72 (10.2%) CNA=97 (13.7%) Attendees=529 (75.1%)

  7. 2. Communication • 2009 Acknowledgement sent within 2wks= 93% (2008 95%) Letters sent to referring clinician within 2wks of consultation= 65% (2008 20%) 2010- No staff to audit this data! Typing pile much smaller.

  8. 3. Patient and Carer Experience • Common patient service evaluation tool not yet available to us. • Ashgrove House exit questionnaire with GIA distributed, but not analysed

  9. Evidence of mail shot to referring clinicians This has been done 2009. • Evidence of current availability of genetic testing criteria to patients through a website. 2010 Website up!
