Analysis of Human mRNAs Based on 3' UTR Length Distribution
10 likes | 121 Vues
This study catalogs the number of human mRNAs with a 3' untranslated region (UTR) length equal to or greater than a specified number of nucleotides (nts). By analyzing the 3' UTR lengths, we aim to understand their potential functional implications in gene regulation and mRNA stability. The data collected can provide insights into the diversity of mRNA molecules and facilitate further research into post-transcriptional regulation mechanisms in human cells.
