Developing a Six Sigma Website for the Twin Cities Community

We are a team of UNITE students from the University of Minnesota, working on a project to create a Six Sigma website tailored for the local Twin Cities community. This initiative is part of our Project Management class. The website aims to serve as a centralized resource for Six Sigma methodologies, provide opportunities for interaction among local experts, and foster collaborative learning. We seek a sponsor capable of supporting and maintaining the website to ensure its sustainability for the community's benefit.

  2. Why are we doing this ? • Team project as required by class • We have proposed to develop a Six Sigma web site for local Twin Cities community.

  3. Why A Twin Cities Six Sigma Web Page ? • Value: • Provide one stop shopping for Six Sigma in the Twin Cities community. • Opportunity to interact with local Six Sigma BB, MBB, Champion. • Opportunity to learn from each other

  4. Web Site Requirements • Storage ~ 20 MB storage space • Dedicated Server • Administration Time ~ 1 part time web administrator.

  5. Why are we here? • Looking for support of the web site • Sponsor who will take responsibility to maintain and be administrator for the Twin Cities Six Sigma web site.
