Cycle 1 3rd. Grade preschool Suggested activities

Engage preschool and 3rd-grade students with fun activities that enhance reading and comprehension skills. In the illustrated recipe, children learn to create a delicious breakfast parfait, following simple steps to layer fruits, granola, and yogurt. This activity fosters the ability to distinguish between read text and images while recognizing food product names. Additionally, crafting a jack-o'-lantern from a plastic lid enhances creativity and fine motor skills. These hands-on experiences provide a solid foundation for literacy and instruction comprehension.
