  2. 禁制令申請 訴訟某方向法庭申請禁制令時，法庭會根據申請人的申請理據，案件緊急程度來決定是否應該頒發禁制令用以命令訴訟另一方必須作出或避免作出某項事情。違反法庭頒發的禁制令可被視作藐視法庭而可能被判監。因申請禁制令的律師費用十分高昂，申請者在申請禁制令前應確定申請成功的機會，所以應諮詢律師的意見後才作決定。
