Analysis of Protein Complexes Involving GST-UIM and Other Tags Through Molecular Weight Determinations

This study investigates the interactions and molecular weights of various protein complexes featuring GST-UIM, His-HHR23a, MBP-α1-AT, and Nus-UBL. The proteins were analyzed based on their estimated sizes in kDa, providing insight into their structural and functional relationships. Detailed assessments of several molecular weight markers (e.g., 97.4, 66.3, 55.4, 36.5 kDa) were used to elucidate the assembly and potential interactions within this complex. Our results contribute to a better understanding of multi-tagged protein behaviors in cellular processes.
