Before the implementation • Integrated Administrative Package (ZPA) of the PROKOM Software SA company • 1995 – 2007 • Main modules: • HR Module - KDX • Remuneration Module - PLX • Financial-Accounting Module - FKX • Assets Module - STX • Materials Management Module - GMX • Preliminary Estimate • Reports for the Ministry of Finances

Some history … • 03 November 2003 –„Guidelines for the new integrated administrative package” and analysis of systems available on the market • 19 September 2005– Project Team on implementing ZSZ in NIK • 20 January 2006 – Tender Committee prepared a tender for the implementation of the Integrated Management System (ZSZ) in the Supreme Chamber of Control, together with maintenance service (negotiations over announcement) • 19 October 2006 – signing of the contract with ComArch SA company

  5. Progress of implementation • Stage I – completed on 31 July 2007 • Stage II – completed on 16 November 2007 • Maintenance– in progress…

  8. New ZSZ - Self-service portal • Basic personal information on employees, • Coordination of leave of each employee, • Comprehensive service of trainings, • Booking of available resources, • Surveys • and more ….
