  3. Be on time

  4. Be in your seat ready for work each day when class begins

  5. Bring your pencil and paper with you to class each day

  6. Work together with your classmates to make this the best learning experience for everyone

  7. Respect yourself and others in the IT Department

  8. Clean your mess each day

  9. Report any broken equipment or missing items

  10. Keep feet on the floor

  11. Don’ts

  12. Use any type of tobacco products in IT Department

  13. Bring any food or drink into the IT Department

  14. Wear a Hat in Class

  15. Don’t drink or bring alcohol into the IT Department

  16. Use profane or vulgar language

  17. Take coat or book bag into the work/module area

  18. Be Out of your work area – Detention Hall consequence

  19. Leave valuables laying on tables, workbenches, or desks

  20. Bother other people’s property – Detention Hall consequence

  21. Leave the IT department without the Instructor’s permission

  22. Use a computer or other equipment without the instructor’s permission

  23. Lean back in your chair

  24. Sit on classroom tables or back of chairs

  25. Ask to go to the restroom or water fountain

  26. Disturb Mr. Sexton’s supplies, tools, and resources on his desk

  27. Do not play games on the computer. Never stream, look at inappropriate content or “goof off” on the computer. – Detention Hall consequence

  28. Three things you have to do at the end of class everyday – • Log off • Turn your monitor off • Stay in your seat until you are dismissed Detention Hall Consequence

  29. Remember • The story of the cereal bowl – What you put in is what you get out. • Working together with me and your classmates can make this year fun and exciting • Creating problems can make this year long and boring

  30. Thought If you don’t respect yourself, why should anyone else??
