  1. Revised Region 2 Bylaws

Complete Revision of the Existing Bylaws from 199? • Updated to reflect current Sections and the disestablishment of the NCAC • Includes many changes to the makeup of the Region 2 Committee • Clearly defines the functions and makeup of the Region 2 Executive Committee • Updated to reflect the latest IEEE Bylaws, Policies, and Operations Manuals

  3. Approving Revised Bylaws By a two-thirds majority of all votes cast at a Region 2 Committee meeting at which a quorum is present. Proposed changes and reasons therefore shall be mailed to all voting members of the Region 2 Committee at least 20 days prior to the meeting at which the vote is to be taken. These bylaws may also be amended by mail ballot provided approval votes are received from two-thirds of the body constituting a quorum of the Region Committee.

  4. Plan of Action • R2 Committee members present will review draft provided and provide quick look comments before end of meeting • R2 Committee establish date for completion of voting • Region Secretary will formally send a copy to each Section requesting approval
