Given task • We have 2 diffrent markets, which are Finland and International (mainly UK, Sweden and Norway). • In Finland: • Our idea is to increase value for customers and UFS company by marketing. • Try to exploit cooperation between UFS and Street Fashion. • International: • Try to get the new brand to the markets. • Perhaps create a website/store. Some other applications for both concepts?

Business idea • Problem: • How to sell more nutrition products. • Solution: • Marketing (new marketing channels): look for some famous athletes and nutritionist , who advertises our products, create a website • Competition, to get more visitors in websites • Dietary application, give some advices, like what kind of products is good for the customer (new website) • Money comes from: • Customers straight to company

  5. Swot-analysis Strenghts: • UFS has already the concept • Strong brands • Favorable access to distribution network Weaknesses: • Competitors have lower prices • What the costumers want (Market Research) • Weak brand name for the International market(we have to create it!)

  6. Swot-analysis Opportunities: • Can we use the same concept internationally than in Finland • The markets are huge Threats: • New sports nutrition retailers • There are already big International sports nutrition companies • Fail with the new brand
